My platform is a simple one

We have too much government, which has become a great financial burden for the people.

The people we employ to run our government have forgotten they work for us.
The people we employ to run our government have forgotten they are spending our money.

We have too many laws that are impinging on our personal freedoms.

Just because something is good does not mean it needs to be a law.
Just because something is good for the group does not mean it is good for the individual.

We need to get back to the basics of the Bill of Rights and the Constitution this country was founded upon.

It is the responsibility of government to adhere to the Constitution, which is the time-tested foundation of our nation. Here are some of the core ideals from our Bill of Rights:

• We believe in the sovereignty of the United States of America.
• We believe in the right to keep and bear arms.
• We believe in religious freedom.
• We believe in freedom of speech.
• We believe in personal privacy.
• We believe in the right to own personal property.
• We believe one is innocent until proven guilty through public trial by one’s peers.

The whole purpose of the Bill of Rights is to protect us from the government.

Everyone of the above ideals is in jeopardy

The media encourages us to stay focused on sports and entertainment while important legislation is barely mentioned. There are those who don’t think we will notice as they take more and more of our freedoms through unconstitutional legislation and “executive order.”

We must wake up

We need to stay on top of what is happening within our local, state and federal governments. We need to weed out those public officials who try to legislate against our inalienable rights. This is not the time to go with the flow. This is not the time to be embarrassed to speak out.
